Each vehicle imported by Japan Direct Limited comes with complimentary servicing during the vehicle's warranty period. After the warranty has expired, service is provided at 10,000 km intervals, or as the customer wishes. There are no labour charges attached to servicing your vehicle after your warranty has expired. Parts required however, are provided to our customers at discounted prices.
Through our network of parts dealers both locally and abroad, parts can be sourced and shipped ( via sea or air freight from Japan or the U.S.) depending on the urgency of the part needed.
We have suppliers who are committed to providing us with after sales parts support, so that we in turn can provide our customers with this much needed benefit.
