All prices quoted on this website are quoted in Trinidad and Tobago dollars and are subject to change without notice due to fluctuation of the rate of exchange.

All vehicles shown are subject to availability.

Quoted prices include the vehicle's cost, insurance & freight (C.I.F.), import duty, value added tax and motor vehicle tax (where applicable). Thus, all prices quoted are on the road, all taxes paid, excluding the vehicle's insurance.

Payment Terms

Payments terms are as follows:

• Initial 1/3 deposit of the total cost on the road is required to confirm the order and to effect shipment. When this deposit is received, the vehicle is shipped on the next available vessel leaving Japan.
  
• Second payment (1/3 as above) is required 10 days prior to the vehicle's arrival and after verification of the Bill of Lading copy. This Bill of Lading copy is issued by the relevant shipping company and confirms to the customer that the vehicle is enroute to Trinidad, advising him/her of the date of arrival and the Vessel name that is transporting the vehicle to Trinidad.
  
• Third and final payment (1/3 as above) is due upon the vehicle's arrivaland your inspection at the Port.

Note: Customers purchasing trucks and heavy equipment are required to pay a 40% initial deposit. The remaining 60% is due after the unit's arrival and your inspection at the Port.

Payment:

Accepted forms of payment include cash, Certified/Manager's Cheques or Telegraphic (Wire) Transfer directly into our account.

Note: If a customer is going through a bank or other financial institution for a loan, then he/she must ensure that the bank/financial institution stamp our Proforma Invoice/Sales Contract, thus indicating its approval to remit outstanding funds to our company. This ensures speedy processing of your order.

These payment terms stated above apply to customers within Trinidad and Tobago only.

Vehicle's Condition:

Vehicles imported by our company are imported and sold in "as is" condition, based on the information and photos provided to our company by our suppliers. Vehicles are assured to be in a good working condition that is consistent with a quality imported pre-owned vehicle.

Tobago Customers:

Subsequent shipping to customers in Tobago is free of charge and is only done after the vehicle is prepared for final delivery to the customer.

Caribbean Customers:

Caribbean customers are free to enquire about any vehicle listed on this website. We will provide you with our best C&F of C.I.F. price to your Port, direct from Japan as well as payment terms.
